Depositories for water department funds. <br /> <br /> All funds of the city received by or on behalf of the depar~nent <br />of p~blic utilities shall be deposited to the credit of the department of <br />public utilities in such b~nks as may be desig~ated by the council frcm <br />time to time. (6-23-59, § 1.) <br /> <br />Section 10-9. Payment of ~ter and sewer bills. <br /> <br /> Payment of sewer bills shall be made at the office of the depar~ent <br />of public utilities on the days and during the hours thereof such office is <br />open for business or such payments m~y be made at any collection agency es- <br />tablished for that ~rpose on the days and durirg the hours thereof such <br />collection agencies are open for business. <br /> <br /> Payment of such bills at collection agencies, regulations and ac- <br />counting procedures pertair~rg thereto sb~ll be as prescribed by the <br />director of fir~nce. Each collection agency sbmll be bonded in the amount <br />of two thousand dollars, and the bond and contract of appointment shall be <br />approved as to form by the city attorney. (Ord.
