(9) For each retail on and off-prar~ise vgne s~n~ beer license~ or wine or beer license~ the license tax shall be $!00.00. (b) Every person er~aged in dispensing mi×ed beverages~ shall be liable for license taxes as follows: (1) Persons operating restaurants, including resta-¢&¢~nts located o~ premises of ~nd operated by hotels or motels: (A) For each restaurant v~th a seat4_ng capacity at tables for 50 to 100 persons, $200~00. (B) For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for more tb~n 100 but not more tb~an 150 persons, $350.00. (C) For each restaur~ v~_th a seating capacity at tables for more than 150 persons, $500,00~ (2) A private, non-profit club ~oeratirg a rest~_~ant %ocated o~ the premises of such club, ~350.00, (c) The license ts_xes inioosed by subsections (a) apd (b) above, sb~ll be c~.ulative and in addition to ~ny other license taxes ~_~posed by th_is ordinance or any other law. (d) ~ne aforesaid licenses shall be as respectively defined by the Act of the Gener~al Assembly of Virginia~ as heretofore and hereafter amended, kno~ as "~e Alcoholic Beverage Control Act", and the term~ "A!coholic Beverage", "Alcohol'' , :'Spirits ", M&xed Beverage", '~Beer", and "Wine", vlnerever used in this section shell have the mes_nins respectively prescribed to tham by said Act.
