<br />LAKES SUBDMSION, SECTION 5, DESIGNA'±'~ THEREON AS LOtS
<br />3 ~ROUGH 15, INCLUSIVE, A~ LOTS 17 THROUGH 25~ IHCLUS1WE

<br /> WHEREAS, Green Lawns Corporation which is the owner of all of the pro-
<br />petty hereinafter described, .has _.made application to vacate that portion of
<br />the plat of Green T~kes Subdivision, Section 5 designated thereon as Lots ~.
<br />through 15, 'inclusive, and Lots 17 through 25, inclusive; and
<br />
<br /> ~g~J~tEAS~ the Planning Coa~ission, after due notice and hearirg has
<br />recoamended that the aforesaid portion of the plat of Green lakes Subdivi-
<br />sion, Section 5 be vacated; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Council after due notice, bas held a public hearing on
<br />the application.
<br />
<br /> NOW, Th$TtEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Councit of the City of Ports-
<br />month, Virginia, that the said Council, pursuant to sub-section 15.1'482(b)
<br />of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, hereby vacates t?~t portion of
<br />the plat of the "Sub-Dlvms~on .... of Green Lakes Section Five,~ Portsmonth, Vir' -
<br />ginia," made by C. Raeford Eure, dated May 28, 1964, and duly recorded in
<br />the Clerk's Office of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmonth,
<br />Virginia~ in Map Book 4, at page 58, designated on said plat as Lots 3
<br />through 15, inclusive, and Lots 17 tt~r.o~h 25, inclusive, ar~ more parti-
<br />culs~ly described as a whole with reference to the said plat as follows,
