AN ORDI~CE TO AMEND SECTION 2-6 OF THE CODE OF <br />THE CiTY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1961, CHANGING <br />THE .MEETING DATE OF ~ CITY COUNCIL. <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 2-6 of the Code of the City of .Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1961, be amended an~ reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 2-6. When regular council meetings held; <br /> who may call ,special meeting. <br /> <br /> There shall be regular meetings of the council, ur~ess <br />- otherwese provided by special resolution, beginning at 7:30 <br /> P. M., on the second and fourth Tuesdays in each month except <br /> in the month of December when the regular meetings shall be <br />' on the first and third Tuesdays. <br /> <br /> The mayor, or any three members of the Council, may call <br />a special meeting. <br /> <br /> 2.
