Meetings. <br /> <br /> The Con~ission shall hold at least four meetings a year at such <br />times as it ~y determine. Special meetings may be called at any time <br />on the call of the charon or any t~ree members. A m~jority of the <br />Commission shall constitute a quorum. The Conmission shall keep a <br />record of all its proceedings~ which shall be a public record. The <br />Commissionmay adopt reasonable rules for the conduct of its business. <br /> <br />Sec. 31-56. Duties. <br /> <br />The Conmmission shall: <br /> (a) Study all aspects of highway safety in this City. <br /> (b) Recon~.end to the City Co~uncil plans for the formulation <br /> of a highway safety program for the City. <br /> (c) Review periodically the operation and effect of the <br /> City's highway safety program. <br /> (d) Promote p~olic interest in and understanding of highway <br /> safety. <br /> (e) Perform such other duties, relating to ~ighway safety, as <br /> may be assigned to it by the City Council. <br /> <br /> 2.
