custor~rs~ and ~nieh said stamps, tickets, checks or other device are to be redeemed or used in payment~ put-chase of, or excharge for s-ny goods or articles of merchsmdise, from ap~ person or corporation, shall be deemed to be engaged in the trading stamp b'~£iness, s_nd shall pay a license tax of $250.007 plus $.30 per each $100 of gross receipts over the smm of $25~000.00. This license is not proratable. (b) Every person who shall take subscriptions for, contract with, issue, deliver to, or sell a~y coupon book or ticket~ or other d~vice, to any other person~ fi~r~ or corporatiom in the ~ity of' Portsmouth, ~ao advertises for others smd emtitles the possessor of such book, coupons, tickets or other device, to receive any goods, merchandise or services from any person~ firm or co~poration in t[ois city, at no charge or at a reduced ra~e or charge, shall pay a license tax of $2,500.00 per ann'sm. Zais license is no~ transferable or proratable. Section 102. Trailer Camp: EYe~y person engaged in the business of operatimg a trailer Csmp, s~mli pay a license va~ of $50.00 ~.~nich license will De~r~t no more ths~n one trailer at any one tZme to be parked or acco~r.~odated at any one c~; an additio~.l licer~e teax of $50.00 is hereby Zv~osed for each additional trailer, where there is more th~n one trailer i_~ any one cav~ at any one t~_me.
