Each ~erson selling bread, cake, pie, peanuts, ice cream or <br />food ~rc~n baskets, $10.00. <br /> <br /> Each person selling bsZ~ery products from wagons, or trucks, <br />$20.00, in addition to regular ts-x on wagons or tr~cks. <br /> <br />Each person selling baker~y products from push ca~ts $15.00. <br /> <br /> Itinerant vendors selling or dispensing goods, other than <br />articles of food, flowers, balloons, whistle, arJ flags, on the <br />streets or in other public places, $30.00 per day or part thereof. <br />Nothing herein contained shall prevent the ~distribution of free <br />s~.~ples where no charge is m~de directly or indirectly. <br /> <br /> Each person selling direct to merchs_nts any m~rchandise and <br />deliverin~ same without a previous order~ $180.00 in addition to <br />tax on vehicle, manufacturers and producers excepted. <br /> <br /> Each per~on not having an established place of business in <br />t~is City~ sellir~ to others thsm duly licensed merchants engaged <br />in the building supply business~ e~ny l~mber, posts, sh~agles, sash, <br />doors, blinds, bricks or other building materials or ar~ ornamental <br />cement or concrete articles ~180.00. <br /> <br /> Each person occupying the p~olic streets for the sale of <br />flowers not raised on seller's ~aapremises, baloons, Ct~istmas <br />trees, whistles, pencils~ and flags, $10.00 per week or part there- <br />of. <br /> <br /> Nothing contained in this ordinance shall be construed as <br />giving the rmgno to s_ny person to obstruct the sidewalks or other <br />public places. <br /> <br /> Each person sel!i~ or offering for sale at public auction <br />any bs~2~rupt: assigae% trustee or f~_~e stock, $120.00 per week; but <br />this section shall not apply to s_ny person selling ~nder a deed of <br />trust or tour5 order. ~g person '~no shall violase the pro~isions <br />of this paragraph shall be fined not more than $250.00 s_nd each day's <br />faiI~re to Cotain the license shall cor~titute a separate offense. <br /> <br />Can-~assers not other~ise provided for, $3~.00. <br /> <br /> Each person ~ao shall bart~ or sell the right to manufacture <br />or use ar~ymach~_nery or other sa~ticles patented ~nder the laws of the <br />Umited States, ~niess the patentee be a citizen of the United States~ <br />$30.00. <br /> <br /> None o~ the lmce~mes requmred under th~s section shall be <br />prorated, <br /> <br /> <br />
