other license taxes imposed-by this section. ?~is license shall not <br />be proratable or trar~ferable. <br /> <br /> The coin machine operavor's license vax l~vied by this sub- <br />section shall not be applicable to operators of wei~Lng machines, <br />automatic baggage or parcel check, lng mashines or receptacles, nor <br />to vending machines ~ich are so constructed as to do notbirg but <br />vend ~rchandise or postage stamps~ or provide service only, nor <br />to operators of coin-operated musical ~achines or musical devices <br />thru.t-operate on the coin-in-the-slot principle, nor to operasors of <br />vlewing ~schines or nhotoma~ machines, nol~ 5o operators of devices <br />or machines affordin~g rides to children or for the delivery of newspapers. <br /> <br /> Every opera~or who is re~uiredby this subsection to take <br />outa license as a coin machine operater shall f6rnish a complete <br />list of all machines on location and the names and addresses of each <br />location to the Commissioner of the Revenue~on request. <br /> <br /> Eve~~ such coin machine operator slnall deposit with the CoD~ <br />missioner of the Revenue a bond, in the 8mount of Si,000.00 ~ith sU_~ety <br />thereon approved by the Commissioner, to insure the filir~ of such lists <br />~nd the pa~nn~er~ of the taxes imposed by this section. <br /> <br />Section 63.
