(5) For each wholesale beer license, the license tax shall be $250.00. (6) For each wholesale wine distributor's license: the license rex shall be $100.00. (7) For each retail on-premises ~wine and beer, or wine or beer license, the license tax shall be $100.00. (8) For each retail off-premise trine and beer license, or wine or beer license, the license t.ax shall be $100.00. (9) For each retail on ~nd off-premise mine and beer license~ or ~ine or beer license, the license vax shall be $100.00. (10) For each no~vrofit club and each nonprofit fraternal organization, on premises wine and beer license, the'license vax shall be $100.00. (bi Every person engaged in dispensing mixed beverages, shall be liable for license taxes as follows: (1) Persons operating res~a~rsm~s, including restauranvs located on premises of and operated Ky hotels or motels: (A) For each restauran~ ~th a seating capacity at tables for 50 to t00 persons, $200.00. (B) For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for more t~hs~n 100 but not more than 150 persons, $350.0O. (C) For each restaurant with a seating c~acity at tables for more than 150 persons, $500.00. (2) A private, non-profit club operatims a restaurant located on the premises of such club, $350.00. (e) ~ne license taxes imposed by subsections (a) and (b) above, shall be cumulative and in addition to any other license ~sxes imposed by tb~s ordinance or any other law. (d) ~ne aforesaid licenses shall be as respectively defined by the Act of the General Assembly of Virginia, as heretofore and hereafter amended, known as "~ne Alcoholic Beverage Control Act", and the ~erms "Alcoholic Beverage", "Alcohol~', "Spirits", "M~xedBeverage% '~Beer"~ and "Wine':, ~nerever used in this section shall have the mear~nS res- pectively prescribed to them by said Act.
