Ever~y building in the Residential R-75~ the Residential R-75-S and Office Residential OR-75 dis- tricts shall be set back at leasv 50 feet frmm the center line of the street upon wl~ich the lot fronts s~nd 40 feet frmm the cenver line of gay adjoining side street, except that every buildi~_g adjacent to a street which has a building setback line prescribed in the ~ity Code shall be set back ~_n ac- cords_nee therewith. (i) ?.~m side yard for one or two stories. ~ne minim.~m required side yard for every plot occupied by a one or two story str~ct~_~e other than a row house shall be 10% of the plot ~dth but ~ot less than 5 feet except that any side yard abutting a str~e~ shall be at least 15 feet. ?ne sum of the two side yards shall not be less the~ 25 percent of the plot width. ~ne end dwell- lng in a row house structu_re shall have a side yard of at least 10 feet except that any side y~d abutting a street shall be at least 15 feet and there shall be a minimum dists.uce of 20 feet between the end dwell~ngs of separate row house structures.
