The place of meeting~ and all funds, necessary to car~y on the business of the board for the examination of gas fit'ters shall be pro- vide~, by the City Council. Sec. 11. CERTIFICATE OF C(~v~St~NCE} LICENSE, BOND ;2~D REGISTRATION PRE- REQUISITE TO F~GAGING iN BUSINESS. Any person desiring to engage in the business of gas. fitting in the City shall first obtain from the board for exsrmination of gas fit- ters, a certificate of competence, a license from the city treasurer ~ud give bond as hereinafter set forth and have been registered as a licensed gas fitter on the books in the office of the gas inspector. Sec. 12. INDV~I~~ BOR~ GKN~ER~f~L.Y. Every person doing business as a licensed gas fitter in the City sb~ll give a good and sufficient bor~ in the s'mm of five thousm~ dollars, to be approved by the City M~muager to inde~mlfy the City against any d&T~ age by reason of m~ defect in any gas piping. Sec. 13. RECORD OF GAS The Gas inspector shall keep a record of all persons practicing gas fitting in the City. His z~cords shall also show these that are conducting a business of gas fitting, their residence and place of business. Sec. 14. PEP~MITS - FEES.
