Provisions of the comprehensive plan. <br /> <br /> (a) Land, which the planning co~mission has found <br />to be unsuitable for subdivision due to flooding, bad drainage, <br />or other features likely to be harmful to the safety, welfare~ <br />and general health of the future residents, and which the plan- <br />ning commission considers inappropriate for subdivision, shall <br />not be subdivided, unless adequate remedies are formulated by <br />the developer and approved by the city engineer and the plan- <br />ning commission. <br /> <br /> (b) The proposed subdivision shall provide for <br />the requirements contained in the official plans or portions <br />'thereof and development plans for th~ City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> (c) The subdivider shall make available for public <br />~acquisition such lands in the area to be subdivided as are <br /> designated by official plans for parks, playgrounds, and schools <br /> or other public buildings. <br /> <br />Sec. 32-13. Street and block layout. <br /> <br /> Street a~d block layout shall conform to the most ad- <br />vantageous development of adjoining areas~ and the entire neighbor- <br />hood, and shall provide for the <br /> <br /> (i) Street continuity of appropriate streets and <br />arterials. <br /> <br /> (2) Streets shall intersect at right ~ng!es, or as <br />nearly as possible with a minimum ts~ugent of !00 ?eet prior to <br /> <br /> <br />
