(f) Additional required plot width per dwelling unit other than a row house in excess of one in the Residential R-?5 or 0ffice~Residential 0R-75 Districts .......... 10 feet. (g) Minimum required front yard .......... 25 feet. (h) Minimum required building setback line. Every .building in the Residential R-75, the Residential R-75-S and Office Residential OR-?5 districts shall be set back at least 50 feet from the center line of the street upon which the lot fronts and 40 feet from the center line of any adjoining side street, except that every building adjacent to a street which has a building setback line prescribed in the City Code shall be set back in accordance therewith. (i) Minimum side yard for one or two stories, The minimum required side yard for every plot occupied by a one or two story structure other than a row house shall be 10% of the plot width bus not less than 5 feet except that an~ side yard ab~utting a street shall be at least 15 feet. The sum of the two side yards shall not be less than 25 percent of the plot width. The end dwelling in a row house structure shall have a side yard of at leas~ 10 feet except that any side yard abutting a street shall be at least ~15 feet and there shall be a minimum distance of 20 feet between the en dwellings of separate row house structures. (J) Minimum Side yards for multi-story buildings. The minimum required side yard for every plot occupied or ye be occupied by a structure of more than two stories shall be determined as in subsection (i) i~mediately above~ except that five additional feet shall be added to each of the side yards so determined for each full story of building he_gh~ in excess of two stories. (k) Minimum required rear yard is 25 feet except that corner lots may have a rear yard of not less that_ 15 provided 6hat one side yard h.as a width of at ieasv 25 feet. (1) Maximum permissible plot coverage.
