(g) The location and address of his residence, stoppi~ng <br />place, living quarters or place of g0ode in the city~ and each one <br />thereof~ if more ths~ one~ or, the address or location of his in- <br />tended residence ~ stopping place~ li~fing cuart~ers or place of abode <br />therein, s-nd each one thereof, with a des~ripvion of the character <br />of each such place, whether a hotel~ apartment house, dwelling house <br />or otherwiSe~ giving the street nu~mber thereof~ if ar~v~ or such des~ <br />cription of the adchvess or location thereof as will so identify the <br />same as to make it possible of location~ and the leng+~h of t~-me for <br />which he expects or inte~r~.s to reside within the territorial bou=nd- <br />aries of the city. <br /> <br /> At the time of fu~nisD~ing such info~tion such person <br />sD~ll be photogra~aed and finger~rinted by the chief of po!ice: <br />and such photo~.a_Dh and_ fingerprints sbs_ll be ~ade a part of the <br />penmanent record herein provide~ for. <br /> <br />Sec. 7-43. When Residents Required to Comply With Section 7-42 <br /> of ~nis Code. <br /> <br /> Every person residing within the city on the effective <br />date of this article, except where such person h~s resided continu- <br />ously in the city for three years prior to the effective date of <br />this article~ who has been within ten years prior to the effective <br />date of t~Yis article~ convicted of' s-ny offense pur~ishab!e as a <br />felo~M in the state or elsewhere~ sb~ll, within forty-eight hours <br />from and after the effective date hereof, co~ly with the provisions <br />of section 7-42 of this Code~ a~ every person residing in the city <br />who n~y hereafter be convicted outside the city of any offense pu_n- <br />isD~ble as a felonytin the state or else~ere, shall within twenty- <br />four hours from and after his return to the city comply ~dth sec- <br />tion 7-42 of this Code. <br /> <br />Sec. 7-44. Convictions More T~an Ten Years 01d. <br /> <br /> No person s?~ll be required to co~% ly ~th the provisions <br />of sections 7-42 and 7-43 of this Code~ whose convictions shall <br />have occurred more than ten years prior to his arrivs2 in the city. <br /> <br />Sec. ?-45.
