Closing of George Washington Park during certain hours. <br /> <br /> (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to go on or enter upon <br />any portion of George Washington Park between the hours of 9:00 P.M. and <br />5:00 A.M. <br /> <br /> (b) Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section <br />~s.hall~be pur~shed by a f~ne of .no~ less thmn Ten Dollars nor more than <br />r.m,v?~.undred Dollars or by confinement in jail not exceeding thirty days, <br />emther or both. <br /> <br />Section 19-17.3.
