(f) The provisions of this section shall apply irrespective of ~hether such accident occurs on' the public streets or highways or on pri- vate property. Sec. ~8-208.1. Stop lamps. Every ~tor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer registered Ln this State and operated on the highways in this' State shall be equipped with at least one stop lamp of a type approved by the Superintendent which auto- matically exhibits a rod or a~er light plainly visible in clear weather from a distance of five hundred feet to the rear of such vehicle when the foot brake pedal is actuated. Sec. 18-210.1o Slow moving vehicle emblemm. (a) Every farm tractor and every self-propelled unit of farm equipment or im~l~ment of h~msbandry, ~nd any other vehicle designed for operation at speeds not in excess of twenty-five miles per hour or normal- ly operated at speeds not in excess of twenty-five miles per hour, may display a triangular sl~-movingv~nicle emblam on ~nerearof the vehicle ~nen traveling on a public highway durLng day or hight. (b) Should a slow-moving vehicle tow a unit on a public higD- way, then either the towing vehicle or the towed unit, or both, may be equippea wit~ the slow-moving vehicle emblem. (c) The use of the slow-movir~ vehicle emblem shall be restrict- ed~to the uses specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of the section snd its use 'on ar~; other type of vehicle or on s~atmonary oooects ms prohibited. (d) ;~jf person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a ~dsdemeanor. Sec. 18-215. W~en li~ats ~o be lighted; number of lights to be lmg~ated a~ any ~, use of warning imgh~s.
