<br />amerJed by repealing Section 18-234 thereof, by amen~oing sections 18-19,
<br />18-27, 18-28, 18-31, 18-32, 18-41, 18-43, 18-53, 18-179, 18-215, 18-224,
<br />18-226~ !8=231, 18-233~ !8-23~, i8-240~ 18-243, 18-243.1~ 18-248: 18-253,
<br />e~2 18-256} such new arid e~mended sections to read as follows:
