AN ORDINANCE TO ~ND SECTION 18-90 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, <br />1961, ~KING CHESTNUT STREET ONE-WAY NORTH <br />BETWEEN PORTSMOUTH BOULEVARD AND GEORGE <br />WASHINGTON HIGHWAY. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that Section 18-90 of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, be amended and reordained to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 18-90. Chestnut Street between Portsmouth <br /> Boulevard and George Washington Highway. <br /> <br /> Chestnut Street between Portsmouth Boulevard and <br />George Washington Highway is hereby designated a one-way <br />street. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any <br />vehicle south on Chestnut Street between Portsmouth Boule- <br />vard and George Washington Highway. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 25, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
