(e) Minimum required, building setback tine. Every <br /> building in the ResidentialI R£60 ~nd the Residential R-60-A <br /> DiStricts shall be set back at least 50 feet from the center <br /> line of the street upon which the plot fronts and 40 feet from <br /> the center line of any adjoining side street, except that every <br />~building adjacent to a street which has a building setback line <br /> prescribed in the City Code shall be set back in accordance <br /> therewith. <br /> <br /> (f) Minimum side yards. The minimum required side <br />yard on every plot occupied by a one or two story structure, <br />other than a row house, shall be ten ~ercent of the plot width <br />but not less than five feet, except that any side yard abutting <br />a street shall be at least 15 feet. The end dwelling in a row <br />house structure shall have a side yard of at least five feet ex- <br />cept that any side yard abutting a street shall be at least 15 <br />feet and there shall be a minimum distance of 15 feet between the <br />end dwellings of separate row house structures. <br /> <br /> (g) Minimum side yards for multi-story buildinqs. The <br />minimum required side yards for every plot occupied by a structure <br />of more than two stories other than a row house shall be deter- <br />mined as in subsection (f) immediately above, except that four <br />additional feet shall be added to each of the side yards so deter- <br />mined for each full story of building height in excess of two <br />stories. <br /> <br /> (h) Minimum required rear yard is 25 feet except that <br />corner lots may have a rear yard of not less than 15 feet pro- <br />vided that one side yard has a width of at least 25 feet. <br /> <br /> (i) Maximum permissible plot coverage other than for <br />row houses. The total ground area covered by the principal build- <br />ing and all accessory buildings or structure shall not exceed 35 <br />percent of the total plot area. <br /> <br /> (j) Location of accessory buildings. No accessory <br />building shall be erected in any required front or side yard, <br />or within fifteen feet of any street line, or within five feet <br />of any plot line not a street line. <br /> <br /> (k) Off-street automobile parking. Space for this <br />function shall be provided as specified in Section 3-16. <br /> <br /> (1) Corner visibility. On a corner plot, within the <br />area formed by the center lines of the intersecting streets and <br />a line joining points on such center lines at a distance of 80 <br />feet from their intersection, there shall be no obstruction to <br />vision between a height of three feet and a height of ten .feet above <br />the average grade of each street at the center line thereof; pro- <br />vided, however, this section shall not apply to United States mail <br />boxes, police and fire alarm boxes, public utility poles, street <br />name markers, official traffic signs and control devices, fire <br />hydrants and tree trunks with circumference not greater than <br />five feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
