AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $3,000.00 FROM THE <br />GENERAL FUND FOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH VARIOUS <br />FEDERAL GRANT APPLICATIONS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Three Thousand and no/100 <br />($3,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the General Fund for expenses incurred in connection with <br />various federal grant applications. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held November 9, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
