AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF ELM LANE TO ELMHURST LANE.. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That Elm Lane from its northern terminus north of Brunswick <br />Road to its southern terminus south of Delham Drive shall be <br />known, named and designated as Elmhurst Lane, effective November <br />1~ 1971, and thereafter. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 28, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
