(g) F'nz~mum required front yard .... 25 feet. (h) Minimum recovered building setback line. Evearf building in the R~sidential R-75, the Residential R-75-S and Office l~sidential 0R-75 districts shall be set back at least 50 feet frcm the center line of the street upon which the lot fronts and 40 feet frcm the center line of any adjoining side street, except that avery building adjacent to a skeet which has a build- zng setback line prescribed in the City Code shall be set back in accordanos therewith. (i) ~linJ~atml side yard for one or two stories. %Re min- zm~n required side yard for every plot occupied by a one or two story structure other than a r~ house shall be 104 of the plot width but not less than 5 feet except that any side y~d abutting a street shall be at least 15 feet. The mJ_nimum required side yard for every plot occupied or to be occu- pied by a structure of more than two stories shall be detenmined as in subsection (i) immediately above, except that five additional feet shall be added to each of the side yards so detezmlined ior each full story of building height in excess of two stories. (k) M~unimum re~red rear yard is 25 feet except that corner lots may have a rear yard of not less than 15 provided that one side yard has a width of at least 25 feet· (1) ~L3ximum permissible plot coverage.
