(b) The appropriateness of the exterior architect- <br />ural features~of such.building or structure to such land, place, <br />or area and its relationship to or congruity with the exterior <br />architectural features of other land, places, areas, buildings <br />or structures in the Historic District and environs; and <br /> <br /> Cc) the general exterior design, arrangement, texture, <br />materials, planting and color proposed to be used in the location, <br />construction, reconstruction, alteration or repair of the building, <br />structure or improvement and the type of windows, exterio~ doors, <br />lights, landscaping, parking and other exterior fixtures and <br />appurtenances which will.be subject to public view from a public <br />street, public way or other public place and their relationship <br />to or congruity with the other factors to be considered by the <br />commission under this section. <br /> <br />Section 9-10. <br /> <br />Certain Detailed Disicns, Interior <br />Arrangements or Features of a Build- <br />ing, etc., not to be Considered by <br />Co~]ission. <br /> <br /> The commission shall not consider detailed designs, <br />interior arrange~ent or features of a building or structure w~ich <br />are not subject to public view from a oublic street, public way <br />or other public places, and shall not ~ake any requirements <br />except for ~he purpose .of .p~e~enti-ng ~e~el~opments incongruous <br />to the historic aspects of the surroundings and the Historic <br />District. <br /> <br />Section 9-11. <br /> <br />Historic District and Subdistricts; <br />Building Regulations. <br /> <br /> (a) The Historic District shall contain either or both <br />of the follo~?ing subdistricts which shall be established by de- <br />nomination as such on the Historic District ~ap: <br /> <br />(t) Historic Residential <br /> <br />(2) Historic Limited Office <br /> <br /> (b) Historic Residential~ The following regulations <br />shall apply to the Historic Residential subdistrict and to all <br />structures used only for residential purposes located in the <br />Historic Limited Office subdistrict: <br /> <br />(1) Uses shall be limited to single, duplex or <br /> multi-family dwellings. <br /> <br />(2) Nothing within this Subsection 9-t!(b) shall <br /> be construed as limiting, regulating or pre- <br /> <br /> <br />
