AN ORDIN~JCE DESIGNATING THE LONDON-GLASGOW EXPRESS- <br />WAY AS LONDON BOULEVARD ~D REDESIG~ATING THE REMAINING PORTIONS <br />OF LONDON STREET AS LONDON BOULEVARD, LOMBARD STREET, LIVERPOOL <br />STREET ~D LOCKPORT STREET. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> t. That the streets and other property included within <br />the right of way of the London-Glasgow Expressway Project, ex- <br />ten'ding from High Street on nhe west to Green Street on the east, <br />shall be known, named and designated as London Boulevard. <br /> <br /> 2. That London Street from Green Street to Water Street <br />shall be known, named and designated as London Boulevard. <br /> <br /> 3. That London <br />west to its terminus at a <br />shall be known, named and <br /> <br />Street from Williamsburg Avenue on the <br />cul-de-sac easL of Peninsula Avenue <br />designated as Lockporn Street. <br /> <br /> 4. That London Street from Jamestown Avenue on the east <br />to its terminus at a cul-de-sac west of Constitution Avenue shall <br />be known, named and designated as Liverpool Street. <br /> <br /> 5. That London Street from Mt.
