AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $115,000 FROM THE <br />GENERAL CAPITAL IPIPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PUR- <br />CHASE OF THE FORMER ST. PAUL'S ELEMENTARY <br />SCHOOL PROPERTY. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand <br />and no/t00 ($115,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the General Capital Improvement Fund for <br />the purchase of the former St. Paul's Elementary School pro- <br />perty. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 13, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
