AN ORDIN.~qCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, 1961 BY AMENDING SECTIONS 4-8(b),. 4-8.1(b), <br />4-9(b), 4-9.t[b), 4-10(b), 4-11(b), AND 4-12(b) THEREOF, PER- <br />TAINING TO USE PERi, ITS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the zoning ordinance of the city of Portsmouth, <br />1961, be amended by amending sections 4-8[b), 4-8.1(b), 4-9(b), <br />4-9.1(b), 4-tO(b), 4-11(b), and 4-12(b) thereof, adding to <br />such sections the following language: <br /> <br />Commercial and/or governmental radio and <br />television masts and associated transmission <br />facilities. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 22, 1971. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
