Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. <br /> <br /> (a) Sections 7 and 16 of Ordinance No. 1970-60 and <br />Sections 2, 4, 5 and 9 of Ordinance No. 1970-61 are hereby re- <br />pealed effective July 1, 1971. Until October 1, 1971, all em- <br />ployees shall receive compensation at the rate for the grade <br />and step they held on June 30, 1971, unless promoted in accord- <br />ance with the applicable provisions of the appropriate ordinance. <br /> <br />-19- <br /> <br /> <br />
