minimum, additional bills will be rendered at the end of each <br />month for the excess service. <br /> <br /> (b) The minimum service charges under section 13-21.1, <br />13-22, and 13-23 shall be billed monthly in advance. Where such <br />a service exceeds the minimum, additional bills will be rendered <br />at the end of each month for the excess service. <br /> <br /> (c) The director shall render bills for service charges <br />under sections 13-24 and 13-25 monthly. <br /> <br /> (d) Where the amount of excess service charges of the <br />service charges under section 13-24 or 13-25 warrant, the director <br />may require an advance deposit against future service charges. <br /> <br /> (e) Ail bills rendered under section 13-19.1 are due <br />and payable.at the office of the department of public utilities <br />upon presentment and shall be considered delinquent if not paid <br />within fifteen days of the date issued. All other bills rendered <br />under this article are due and payable at the office of the city <br />treasurer upon presentment and shall be considered delinquent if <br />not paid within fifteen days of the date issued. If any bill is <br />not paid within such fifteen day period, an additional charge of <br />1%, per billing period, on the unpaid charges shall be added <br />thereto and collected therewith to cover costs of collection. <br /> <br /> (f) The director shall discontinue collecting refuse <br />from a delinquent operator, owner or tenant after giving fifteen <br />days written notice thereof. A copy of the notice shall be de- <br />livered to the City Attorney, the Health Director and the Delinquent <br />Tax Collector. The delinquent tax collector shall include the <br />delinquent charges with other taxes or fees to be collected from the <br />operator, owner or tenant. <br /> <br /> (g) Charges for service shall be discontinued by the <br />Director only upon notification that a particular operator, owner <br />or tenant is no longer in business or living at a designated <br />location. <br /> <br /> 2.
