ecuted by or under the immediate personal supervision of a holder <br />of a current certificate as a master electrician or journeyman <br />electrician issued by the proper authority of the City of Virginia <br />Beach, the City of Norfolk, the City of Chesapeake, the City of <br />Suffolk or the County of Nansemond, Virginia, without the ~ssuance <br />of a certificate of qualification as required in this article to <br />such person or some member of such firm or corporation or a bona <br />fide employee of such person; provided, the same privilege is ex- <br />tended by the City of Norfolk, the City of Chesapeake, the City <br />of Virginia Beach, the City of Suffolk, or the County of Nansemond, <br />Virginia, to any person having an established place of business in <br />and paying a license ~ax to this city and engaging in such business <br />in the City of Norfolk, the City of Chesapeake, the City of Virginia <br />Beach, the City of Suffolk or the County of Nansemond. Any person <br />having an established place of business in and paying a business <br />license tax to the City of Virginia Beach, the City of Norfolk, the <br />City of Chesapeake, the City of Suffolk, or the County of Nansemond, <br />Virginia, and engaging in such business in this City pursuant to the <br />reciprocity provisions hereof shall comply with all other provisions <br />of law relating to such business and work done in this city. <br /> <br />3.
