appropriate charge will be made whenever the <br />new connection is made. This will apply to <br />any connection whether or not it has been in <br />use before. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />When more than one connection is made to a <br />residential, commercial or industrial build- <br />ing, the charge for each such additional con- <br />nection will be the ckarge applicable to the <br />type of building served. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />When a sewer does not exist in the street adjacent <br />to a building site, sewer lines may be installed <br />by the City to serve such site for which the own- <br />er of such site shall pay the actual cost plus <br />15%, unless the council shall otherwise direct. <br /> <br />106.5 WATER CONNECTION FEES <br /> <br /> The water connection fees shall be as set forth by the <br />Portsmouth City Council, collected and installed by the Department <br />of Public Utilities. <br /> <br />106.6 POINT OF CONNECTION <br /> <br /> Building sewers and water service pipes shall connect to <br />the public sewer and water main at a point designated by the proper <br />municipal authority. <br /> <br />106.7. SEPTIC TANK FEES <br /> <br /> The fees for installation and for repairs to septic tanks <br />shall be as set forth by the Portsmouth Health Department. <br /> <br />109.7 RECIPROCITY WITH THE CITIES OF CHESAPEAKE, NORFOLK AND <br /> VIRGINIA BEACH <br /> <br /> Any person, firm or corporation having an established <br />place of business paying a business license to the City of Chesa- <br />peake, Norfolk or Virginia Beach, and holding a current certificate <br />as a master plumber issued by the proper authority of the Cities of <br />Chesapeake, Norfolk or Virginia Beach, will be eligible to perform <br />plumbing installations in the City of Portsmouth, providing they <br />post a proper bond and adhere to the rules and regulations set <br />forth in the Portsmouth Plumbing Code. <br /> <br />109.8 INDUSTRIAL PLAINTS AND HEATING CONTRACTORS <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
