for a hotel, <br />$100.00. <br /> <br /> (10) For each retail on-premises beer license <br />restaurant or club, the license tax shall be <br /> <br /> (tl) For each retail off-premises beer license, <br />the license tax shall be $iD0.00. <br /> <br /> (12) For each druggist license, the license tax <br />shall be $100.00. <br /> <br /> (13) For each banquet license, the license tax <br />shall be $5.00. <br /> <br /> (14) For each fruit distiller's license, the <br />license tax shall be $1,500.00. <br /> <br /> (b) Every person engaged in dispensing mixed beverages, <br />shall be liable for license taxes as follows: <br /> <br />restaurants <br />motels: <br /> <br /> (1) <br />located <br /> <br />Persons.operating restaurants, including <br />on premises of and operated by hotels or <br /> <br /> (A) For each restaurant with a seating <br />capacity at tables for 50 to 100 persons, $200.00. <br /> <br /> (B) For each restaurant with a seating <br />capacity at tables for more than 100 but not <br />more than 150 persons, $350.00. <br /> <br /> (C) For each restaurant with a seating <br />capacity at tables for more than 150 persons, <br />$500.00. <br /> <br /> (2) A private, non-profit club operating a <br />restaurant located on the premises of such club, $350.00. <br /> <br /> (c) The license taxes imposed by subsections (a) <br />(b) above, shall be cumulative and in addition to any other <br />license taxes ~mposed by this ordinance or by any other law. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> (d) The aforesaid licenses shall be as respectively <br />defined by the Act of the General Assembly of Virginia, as here- <br />tofore and hereafter amended, known as "The Alcoholic Beverage <br />Control Act", and the terms ~'Alcohotic Beverage", 'tAlcohol", <br />"Spirits"~ "~.lixed ~everage", "Beer", and "Wine~, w~erever used <br />in this section shall have the meaning respectlvel~ prescribed <br />to them by said ~ct. <br /> <br /> <br />
