(5) The limits referred to in section 16.61 of the Fire Prevention Code, 1970 Edition, hereby adopted, in which new bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited, shall be those areas which from time to time are specified by ordinance, or which are classified as being in any zoning district other than the Industrial M-2 District under the Zoning Ordinance. (6) The limits referred to in section 21.6a of the Fire Prevention Code, 1970 Edition, hereby adopted, ~n which bulk storage of liquefie~ petroleum gas is restricted shall be those areas which from time to time are specified by ordinance, or which are classified as being in any zoning distric~ other than the Industrial M-2 Distric~ under the Zoning Ordinance. (7) The limits referred to in section 12.5b of the Fire Prevention Code, 1970 Edition, hereby adopted, in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is pro- hibited, shall be all areas within the corporate limits of the City except for such areas covered by a valid use permit issued pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance. (8) In the even~ of conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code, 1970 Edition, hereby adopted, and the provisions of other ordinances of the City, the more stringent provisions shall be construed ~o control. 2.
