Residential R-75 District Primarily a single-family residence distr~ict but including occasional two-family andmutti-family structures on large plots. Residential R-75-S District Primarily a single-family residence district with smaller plot areas re- quired and including the customary secondary use. Office Residential- OR-75 District Same as Residentia!-75 but including prof~ssionai offices for specialized services to the public not including -r~tait--or~ho~es~le~r~de in goods stocked on the premises. Residential R-60 District Primarily a multi-family residence or apartment district. Residential R-60-A District Residential Mobile Home R-I,~ District Primarily amutti-family residence or apartment district but providing for some semi-co.~/~ercial activities which would not appreciably increase the generation of traffic. A residential district for mobile home owners. Waterfront W-1 District Primarily for office buildings, both governmental and private, and high rise apartments, but including other types of public buildings, certain commercial activities; and certain recreational facilities peculiarly suited to a waterfront location. Historic District Primarily a residential/limited office district to provide for the protection and preservation of historical structures buildings and areas.. See Article 9. Section 2-2.
