Commercial or <br />industrial subdivisions may be exempted from the requirements <br />of this section if no substantial pedestrian safety hazard <br />will be created thereby. <br /> <br /> (h) Standard City of Portsmouth street signs shall <br />be installed at all street intersections. <br /> <br /> (i) Necessary traffic control devices, including <br />but not limited to traffic signals or traffic signs which are <br />required within the subdivision or adjacent thereto and which <br />are approved by the Traffic Engineer, shall be installed. <br /> <br /> (j) Street lights shall be installed by the sub- <br />divider in accordance with the standards and specifications <br />approved. ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br />-17- <br /> <br /> <br />
