AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1961, BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION <br />NUMBERED 5A-l?, PERTAINING TO FEES CHARGED FOR PROCESSING <br />A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the. Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, 1961, be amended by adding thereto Section <br />5A-I?, such Section to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 5A-17. Fee. <br /> A fee of five dollars per dwelling unit shall be <br />charged for processing a planned unit development. <br /> 2.
