AN OP~DINANCE TO ~iEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF P-ORTSMOUTH, VIR- <br />GINiA~ 196t~ BY ~3,~ENDING SECTION 27-2 THEREOF PERTAINING TO <br />THE HOURS OF SALE OF DIA~4ONDS~ WATCHES, ETC., AT PUBLIC AUCTION. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth~ Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, 1961, be amended by amending Section 27-2 thereof, <br />such new section to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 27-2. Hours of sale of diamonds, watches, etc. <br /> <br /> No person conductinq the business of selling diamonds, <br />watches~ clocks, jewelry, silver, are, oriental rugs or such <br />like articles, at public auction, shall conduct such business <br />between the hours of Eleven P~M. and Eight A.M. <br /> <br /> AmoDt_d by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginla, at a meeting held October 10~ 1972. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
