The maximum speed limit within a park shall be fifteen miles per hour, provided, that the City Manager may decrease or increase the speed limits after an engineering and traffic investigation and such new speed limit shall be- come effective when indicated upon tke highway by signs. Rates of speed in excess of the posted speed limit is pro- hibited. Section 25-60. Gambling. Ga~bling in any park is prohibited and no person shall bring into the park or have in his possession while there, any implement or ~evice commonly used, or intended for gambling purposes. Section 25-61. Charges~ No person shall make~ use or gain admittance to, or attempt to use or gain admittance to, the facilities in any park for the use of which a charge is made unless he shall have paid the charge fixed for such use or admittance. Section 25-62. Indecent exposure. It shall be unlawful for any person to indecently expose himself in any park. Section 25-63. Wherever in this article or in any rule or regu- lation promulgated by any officer or agency of the city pur- suant to authority vested in him any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor or wherever in such article, rule or regulation the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act'is declared to be unlawful or an offense or misdemeanor, where no specific penalty is provided therefor, the violation of any such pro- vision of this article or of any such rule or regulation shalt be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or confinement in jail not exceeding twelve months or both. Each day any violation of this artic!e or of any rule or regulation shall continue shall, except as otherwise provided, constitute a separate offense. -7-
