Section 25-53. Explosives. <br /> <br /> No person shall bring into or have in any park any <br />explosive or explosive substance. <br /> <br />Section 25-5~. Fires~ lighted cigarettes, etc. <br /> <br /> No person shall kindle~ build~ maintain or use a <br />fire other than in places provi~e~d .or ~esi~na~ed for such <br />purposes except by special permit° Any fire shall be contin- <br />uously under the care and direction of a competent person <br />over sixteen years of age from the time it is kindled until <br />it is extinguished. No person within the confines of any <br />park shall throw away or discard any lighted match~ cigarette, <br />cigar, or other burning object. Any lighted match, cigarette~ <br />cigar, or other burning object must be entirely extinguished <br />before being thrown away or discarded. <br /> <br />Section 25-55. Smoking. <br /> <br />No person shall smoke in any structure or place <br />in any park where smoking is prohibited. Smoking may be for- <br />-bidden.by t~.e City-~-ana-~r ~r~bis-a~th~ized agent in any <br />part of any park when it is deemed the fire hazard makes <br />such action advisable. <br /> <br />Section 25-56. Vehicles~ where prohibited° <br /> <br /> No person shall drive a vehicle in any park within <br />or upon a safety zone, waik~ bridle path, fire truck trail, <br />service road or any part of any park not designated or cust- <br />omarily used for such purpose. <br /> <br />Section 25-57. Parking. <br /> <br /> No owner or driver shall cause or permit a vehicle <br />to stand anywhere in any park outside of designated parking <br />spaces, except a reasonable time in a drive to receive or <br />discharge passengers. <br /> <br />Section 25-58. Entering and leaving parks. <br /> <br /> No person shall enter or leave any park except by <br />the roadways designated and in the direction indicated for <br />such purposes. <br /> <br />Section 25-59.
