of the permit. No permit or registration shall be assignable. <br /> <br />Section 4-77. Permit fee schedule for vacant or un- <br /> occupied buildings. <br /> <br /> The fee for permits for each month or fraction thereof <br />for which such vacant or unoccupied building is registered shall <br />be as herein set forth: <br /> <br />Single Family or Two Family Dwellings - <br />$20.00 per month. <br /> <br />Multiple Family Apartment Dwellings - <br />$20.00 per month plus $3.00 per month for <br />each additional apartment above two. <br /> <br />Rooming Houses, Boarding Houses, Dormitories, <br />Fraternity and Sorority Houses - $20.00 per <br />month plus $3.00 per month for each additional <br />bedroom above two. <br /> <br />Ail other classes of buildings whether institu- <br />tional, commercial, industrial, shall be $20.00 <br />per month for the first gross 1000 square feet <br />and $3~00 per month for each additional gross <br />1000 square feet or fraction thereof. <br /> <br />Section 4-78. Penalties. <br /> <br /> Any person, firm or corporation who violates or fails to <br />comply with the provisions of this article shall be gu'ilty of a <br />misdemeanor. Each vioiationof a separate and distinct provision <br />of this article shall be a separate offense and each offense shall <br />be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dol!ars nor <br />more than five hundred dollars. Each day any violation of this <br />article shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 4-79. Inspection of registered vacant or un- <br /> occupied buildings. <br /> <br /> Upon registration of any such building or upon any such <br />building coming to his attention, the building official shall cause <br />inspection to be made of the premises to determine the condition of <br />such building and premises and to detect all fire, safety, or health <br />hazards. <br /> <br /> 2. An emergency exists and this ordinance shall take ef- <br />fect from the date of its passage. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
