AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $2,177.89 FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />LEGAL FEES IN THE CASE OF ALFRED LEE BRITT V. J. G. ENNIS, ET ALS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Thousand One Hundred Seventy-seven <br />and 89./100 ($2,177.89) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appro- <br />priated from the General Fund for legal fees incurred in the case <br />of Alfred Lee Britt v. J. G.
