The boundaries of Precinct No. 10 shall be as follows: Beginning at a point where the center line of London Boulevard intersects the eastern right of way line of the Norfolk and Ports- mouth Belt Line Railroad Company and running thence northerly along the eastern line of the property of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad to the center line Qf Co~erce Street as sho%~ on the plat of Port Norfolk projected e~st in a straight line across such railroad property; thence easterly along the center line of Commerce Street projected to the center of the channel of a branch of Scotts Creek; thence northerly and easterly along the channel of the branch of such creek and of Scotts Creek following the lines of Precinct Nos. 7 and 9 into the Elizabeth River to the boundary line of the city; thence northwardly and westerly along the boundary line of the city to the point of its intersection with the center line of the Western Branch of the Elizabeth River; thence westerly along the center line of the Western Branch to the center line of Hull's Creek; thence southerly along the center line of Hull's Creek to its intersection with the center line of Hamilton Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of ~amilton Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Glasgow Street; thence south- erly and easterly along the center line of Glasgow Street to its intersection with the center line of London Boulevard; thence east- erly along the center line of London Boulevard to the point of beginning. Section 37.1-12, Precinct NOD 11. ' The boundaries of Precinct No. 11 shall be as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the eastern !ins of the right of way of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad Company with the northern line of the property of the Seaboard Coast Line Rail- road Company and running thence northerly along the eastern line of the property of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad to the center line of London Boulevard; thence westerly along the center line of London Boulevard.to its intersection with the center line of Hamilton Avenue projected northerly; thence south- erly along the center line of Hamilton Avenue to the center line of Frederick Boulevard; thence southerly along the center line of Frederick Boulevard and Mascott Street, projected in a straiqht line, to the northern line of the right of way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company; and thence easterly along the north- ern line of such Railroad Company's property to the point of be- ginning. Section 37.1-20. Precinct No. 19. The boundaries of Precinct No, 19 shall be as follows: Beginning at the intarsection of the center line of Deep Creeks.
