DIRECTOR. The director of public health and his duly <br />authorized representatives. <br /> <br /> OWNER. Any person holding title to any land or lot in <br />the City; lessees, tenants and principal occupants of any land <br />or lot in the City or agents of persons holding titles of such <br />lands or lots, having care, custody, control or management of <br />the land or lot; and fiduciaries holding title to or having the <br />care, custody, control, or management of land or lots in the <br />City for others. <br /> <br /> WEEDS. Grass, weeds, bushes, poison <br />or any other vegetable growth other than trees, <br />flowers and garden vegetables. <br /> <br />ivy, poison oak <br />ornamental shrubbery, <br /> <br />Section 13-17.11. Disposal of abandoned vehicles. <br /> <br /> Any abandoned vehicle removed by the director shall <br />be turned over by him to the Chief of Police for disposal in <br />accordance with the provisions of Sections 18-138 through 18- <br />143.2, inclusive. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held August 8, 1972. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
