AN ORDINA~CE TO ESTABLISH THE AMOUNT OF BOND TO BE RENDERED BY <br />THE HIGH CONSTABLE. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> i. That the High Constable of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, shall give bond in the amount of $10,000.00, such bond <br />to be payable to the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and condition- <br />ed upon the faithful performance of his duties. <br /> <br /> 2. That an emergency exists and this ordinance shall <br />take effect from the date of its passage. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held July 25, 1972. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
