Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-three and 00/100 ($1,370,673.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appro- priated from the General Capital Improvement Fund to provide funds for the replacement of heating and air condition units in the Portsmouth Naval Museum; for equipment and furnishings for Sleepy Hole Park; for the construction of drainage to To~r ~,~alt; for carpet and f'or con~rect p~sm~ents for ~anor High School; for the widening of Willett Drive from High Street to West Road; for final payments due on the London-Glasgow Ex- pressway (London-Boulevard); for the City's share of land acqui- sition costs for the parks and cities Federal Grant; for re- modeling of Lawrence Stadium; for construction of an addition to Truxton School; and for costs incurred in the planning and construction of sanitary sewers for Brandon Square, Edgefield and Coast Guard Boulevard.
