(7) The aggregate value of all farming im- <br />plements and -tools of mechanics. <br /> <br /> (3) The aggregate value of all felled timber, <br />ties, poles, cord wood, bark and other timber products and all <br />agricultural products~ in the ha~ds or possession, legal or con- <br />structive, of a purchaser~ provided that grain, tobacco and other <br />agr!cultuzal products in the hand~ of a producer of the same are <br />hereby declared exempt f~om taxation as property under this ordi- <br /> <br /> (9) The aggregate value of all household and <br />kitchen furniture~ including gold and silver plates, plated ware, <br />7~atches and ciocks~ sewing machines, refrigerators~ automatic <br />refrigerating machinery~ vacuum cleaners and all other household <br />machinery, books~ firearms and weapons of al! kinds. <br /> <br /> (10) The aggregate value of a!l.pia~os, organs, <br />v!c~ro!as, phonographs and records to he used therewlth~nd all <br />o~her musical instruments of %$hatever kind, radio instruments <br />and equipment. <br /> <br /> (!1) ?he aggregate value of all oil paintings, <br />pictures~ statuary, curios~ articles of virtu and ~orks of art. <br /> <br />or other precious <br />jewelry. <br /> <br /> (12) The aggregate value of all diamonds,~ cameos <br />stones and all precious metals as ornaments or <br /> <br /> (13) The aggregate value of all ships, tug <br />boats~ barges~ boats or other craft of five tons burthen or over <br />and all ether floating property~ not required to be assessed by <br />the State Corporation C~ission~ used for business or pleasure, <br />together with their tackle~ rigging~ furniture and all else that <br />pertains to them or of any share or interest therein, though such <br />boats or other watercraft or any one of them may not be at the time <br />of the assessment in waters of the State. <br /> <br /> (t4) The aggregate value of ail other tangible <br />personal property not herein speoifica!iy enumerated, including <br />~e value of all ssines~ pound nets~ fykes~ weirs and other.de- <br />vices for catching fish and the aggregate value of all ~oll bridges, <br />~rnpikes, and ferries~ except stes~ ferries o~ned and operated by <br />a chartered compamy~ and the value of all poles~ wires, switch- <br />boards, telephone or telegraph instruI~ents, apparatus and other <br />such property: owned by any person~ firm~ association or company <br />not incorporated. <br /> <br /> <br />
