AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $175,000. FROM THE GENERAL CAPI- <br />TAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTH <br />CHURCHLAND INTERCEPTOR SEWER. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Seventy-five <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($175,000.)
