AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $62,100. FROM THE GENHRAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE DEMOLITION OF STREETS IN THE NORTH- <br />SIDE (VA. R-39) AND PARKVIEW (VA. R-48) PROJECTS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Sixty-two Thousand, One Hund- <br />red and 00/100 ($62,100.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the General Capital Improvement Fund for the <br />demolitionof streets in the Northside (Va. R-39) and Parkview <br /> pa.
