ted, constructed, altered, repaired, moved or demolished a <br />building or structure in violation of this Code shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor. Each such person shall be deemed <br />guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or porticn <br />thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions <br />of this Code is committed, or continued and upon conviction <br />of any such violation such person shall be punished by a f~e <br />of not less than twenty dollars nor more than five hundred <br />dollars. <br /> <br /> (9) Section' 301.2 of said Southern .Standard ~ousing <br />Code, 1969 Edition, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />301.2 Location and construction of sanitary facilities. <br /> <br /> Ail required plumbing fixtures shall be located wi~q- <br />in the dwelling unit and be accessible to the occupants of s~e. <br />The water closet, tub or shower and lavatory shall be located in <br />a room affording privacy to the user and such room shall have <br />a minimum floor space of thirty (30) square feet. ~oi!et or bark- <br />room floors shall be constructed of material impervious to water, <br />or if constructed of wood, they shall be covered or painted so <br />as to make the floor surfaces reasonably impervious to water. <br /> <br /> (10) Section 301.7 of said Southern Standard <br />Code, 1969 Edition, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />301.7 Garbage and rubbish facilities. <br /> <br /> Every dwelling unit shall have adequate garbage dis- <br />posal facilities or garbage storage containers, type ~nd io- <br />cation of which facilities or containers are approved by the <br />applicable governing body. Every dwelling or dwe!l~ng unit <br />shall also have approved rubbish storage facilities. Such <br />facilities shall be provided by either the owner or the occu- <br />pant of said dwelling or dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> (11) Section 301 of said Southern Standard Housing <br />Code, 1969 Edition, be amended by adding thereto a new s~29- <br />section to read as follows: <br /> <br />301.8 Refrigeration facilities. <br /> <br /> Every dwelling unit shall have adequate gas or elec- <br />trical refrigeration facilities, properly operating, and capa- <br />ble of preserving perishable foodstuffs. Such facilities sha~.~! <br />be provided by either the owner or the occupant of sai~ <br />ing unit. <br /> <br />(12) Section 303.1 of said Southern Standard Eousing <br /> <br /> <br />
