ted, constructed, altered, repaired, moved or demolished a building or structure in violation of this Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or porticn thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this Code is committed, or continued and upon conviction of any such violation such person shall be punished by a f~e of not less than twenty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars. (9) Section' 301.2 of said Southern .Standard ~ousing Code, 1969 Edition, be amended to read as follows: 301.2 Location and construction of sanitary facilities. Ail required plumbing fixtures shall be located wi~q- in the dwelling unit and be accessible to the occupants of s~e. The water closet, tub or shower and lavatory shall be located in a room affording privacy to the user and such room shall have a minimum floor space of thirty (30) square feet. ~oi!et or bark- room floors shall be constructed of material impervious to water, or if constructed of wood, they shall be covered or painted so as to make the floor surfaces reasonably impervious to water. (10) Section 301.7 of said Southern Standard Code, 1969 Edition, be amended to read as follows: 301.7 Garbage and rubbish facilities. Every dwelling unit shall have adequate garbage dis- posal facilities or garbage storage containers, type ~nd io- cation of which facilities or containers are approved by the applicable governing body. Every dwelling or dwe!l~ng unit shall also have approved rubbish storage facilities. Such facilities shall be provided by either the owner or the occu- pant of said dwelling or dwelling unit. (11) Section 301 of said Southern Standard Housing Code, 1969 Edition, be amended by adding thereto a new s~29- section to read as follows: 301.8 Refrigeration facilities. Every dwelling unit shall have adequate gas or elec- trical refrigeration facilities, properly operating, and capa- ble of preserving perishable foodstuffs.
