The permittee sh~ll post signs to <br />this effect, printed in bold-face letters, in conspicuous places <br />within the center. <br /> <br />Section 19-98. Same, Operating Requirements. <br /> <br /> The following operating requirements shall apply to <br />all commercial table top recreation centers= <br /> <br /> Ia) The center shall be illuminated throughout its <br />interior at a level of forty foot candles° <br /> <br /> (b) The center shall haveno partitioned or closed <br />off areas other than those for toilet facilities, office space <br />or storeroom. <br /> <br /> (c) The center shall have separate restroom facili- <br />ties for both sexes. <br /> <br /> (d) The center shall be.located on the ground level <br />floor of the bui'lding in which it is situated; it shall also <br />hav~ a window or windows with a total of not less than one <br />hundred Square feet of glass which shall not be covered or <br />otherwise obstructed during hours of business. <br /> <br /> (e) The center may not be open for business between <br />the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 7- <br /> .00 A.M. <br /> <br />Section 19-99. Same, Penalty. <br /> <br /> Any person who shall .violate or fail to comply with <br />the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a <br />misdemeanor. Each violation of a separate provision herein <br />and each day that such violation continues shall constitute a <br />separate offense~ An offense hereunder shall be punishable by <br />a fine of not less than ten dollars.rnor more than two hundred <br />dollars. <br /> <br />2.
