AN OBDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $144,820. FROM THE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE TOPICS PROGRAM FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND THE DESIGN OF INTERSECTIONS AT <br />.~,L~ZKANDER'S cORNER AND THOSE ON VICTORY BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Forty-four Thousand, <br />Eight Hundred Twenty ar~ o0/lO0 ($144,820.)
